We are passionate about wine, and we want to spread the love and knowledge we have about this wonderful Elixir.
As creatives, it's important that I strive to do work outside of obligation.
This lets us stay ahead of the curve for our clients and internal projects.

Elly is an award-winning freelance sommelier and educator based in Cornwall, working in the past with Jamie Oliver and Paul Ainsworth she now spends her time teaching and developing courses across the southwest whilst also talking about wine to the masses.
Believing that wine is for everybody and anyone, her approach is relaxed and accessible, destigmatising wine and dispelling some of the myths surrounding the subject.
In 2020 she was awarded the prestigious
Imbibe Sommelier of the Year
and is an active part of the Champagne academy.

I love the idea of wine and music. We host event based around this with the concept of the silent disco. We incorporate wine into this for bespoke and rare tastings. It creates an intimate and direct approach to this subject, which is also loads of fun!
